La ZAGALETA
The Old Course offers a dynamic design of doglegs to both sides, where it is essential to put the ball on the fairway from the tee and then face medium to short distance shots to small but moving greens. It is a very technical course where the risk/reward strategy is present in many of its holes.
The peace, tranquility and silence that this environment offers is only affected by the sighting of partridges, fallow deer, deer or mouflon, permanent residents in La Zagaleta.
The Old Course of La Zagaleta was designed in 1991 by Bradford Benz and redesigned in 2016 by Marc Westenborg, this fantastic 18-hole course integrates with absolute naturalness the fauna and flora of the environment in its design, one of the primary objectives of the project.
