The company has been chosen to coordinate all the security of the most important tournament of women’s golf, which will take place in Finca Cortesin from September 18th to 24th
The Solheim Cup 2023´s security will be in good hands after the agreement reached between Trablisa and Deporte & Business, promoter and organizer of the event that will take place on the Costa del Sol at the end of September.
This company has been in charge of drafting the Security Master Plan and will be in charge of its execution, with a large team of specialized professionals who will work to ensure the safety of the more than 66,000 people who will pass through the golf course and its facilities during those days.
Joaquín García, general manager of Trablisa, has pointed out that “for our company it is a real honor to be responsible for the security of such a prestigious competition as the Solheim Cup. We like sport, as a family company we share its values of self-improvement and effort, and we especially like to be involved in events like this, which is a world reference in women’s golf and which is also being held for the first time in Spain.”

Iñigo Aramburu, general manager of Deporte & Business, said after signing the agreement that “Trablisa’s enormous experience in the world of private security and its work in different sporting events will guarantee that the security of the Solheim Cup 2023 will be at the level required by a tournament of this type. Together with Trablisa, the State security forces, headed by the Civil Guard and the municipal police of Casares, will collaborate so that the event also stands out for its security”.
Trablisa will provide all its experience and professionalism in the organization of the security of events that involve the influx of large flows of people, coordinating the appropriate service for each type of activity. One of Trablisa’s specialties is the security of major sporting events, since in its long history it has managed, among many others, the security of the final of the Davis Cup in 2004 in Seville, matches of the Spanish national soccer team in the stadium of La Cartuja, finals of the King’s Cup and the last four editions of the Barcelona Open Banc – Trofeo Conde de Godó.
